Can I register other extensions?
How can I cancel a domain registration?
If you want to cancel a domain registration you will have to cancel it 30 days before the end of the period, otherwise a new registration period will be invoiced.
Can I transfer a domain to Lucee Planet?
Yes you can transfer a domain to us. For some domains you will need to give us an authorisation code. And also make sure that there are no locks on the domain.
Can point a domain to a Lucee Planet server?
Yes, if you want to register a domainname somewhere else you can point the domain to our servers by changing the DNS where you registered the domain.
Transfer domain to another provider?
If you want to transfer a domain to another provider please make sure you will do that 30 days before the end of the billing period, otherwise you will receive a new invoice for one year. If the domain needs an authorisation code you will receive that from us.
Discount for domains?
If you want to register a domain for 2 or more years you can get a discount. Please send us an email so we can inform you about the discount.
